　　Civil Fireproof Sealant is a single-component, neutral-cure silicone sealant. The JS-702 product exhibits excellent adhesion to most building materials.

Advantage

　　· Easy to use: It can be squeezed out and used at any time. 　　· Excellent thixotropy and extrudability. It can be used at -5℃ to 40℃. 　　· Neutral curing: Suitable for most building materials without adverse reactions or corrosion. 　　· Non-flammable and self-extinguishing when exposed to an open flame. 　　· Maintains good elasticity in environments ranging from -50℃ to 150℃ after curing.

Usage Guide

　　· Ensure that the surface is dry and clean.
　　· Remove any oil and dirt from the surface.
　　· Apply masking tape, then apply the sealant.
　　· Complete the application and remove the masking tape.

Storage Instructions

　　· Store in dry and cool conditions (5-25℃).
　　· Keep away from fire sources and direct sunlight.

Shelf-Life

　　· 12 months from the date of production.
